Catherine Walker is a highly respected, experienced family law specialist.  

Catherine was previously a Partner in a large Midlands firm, and headed up the South Warwickshire Family Law Team before joining Carla Hull Solicitors in January 2018.

Catherine deals with all aspects of private family law work including high value divorce cases, pre-marital and separation agreements and disputes concerning children.  She is used to dealing with unusual and complex family situations, and frequently advises in cases involving businesses, farms and inherited wealth.

Catherine maintains a constructive and conciliatory approach in order to promote settlement and maintain good relations between the Parties where possible, particularly when there are children involved. She is committed to ensuring an in depth understanding and sympathetic approach to her clients' requirements.  Catherine will take a robust approach to protect her client's interests when necessary.

Catherine has been an accredited member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel since 2005 and she is also trained in Collaborative Law.  Catherine is a member of Resolution, Birmingham Law Society and the Law Society of England and Wales.
